Good ol' Halmae.

I'll likely be at Halmae Bawi with my climbing club Sat and Sun on 15/16th. And I can belay. So...just letting poeple know there will be a familiar face there.

OOps!

Actually I'll be there on the 22nd and 23rd. I'll probably go check out the marathon in Hampyeong (I think), and then head over to Halmae after and spend the night. I hope I'll see some Weygooks. Hey! And maybe we can bring some extra garbage bags and clean up Halmae to support earth day.

Are you coming with your climbing team, or travelling alone? Where is Hampyeong (I am too lazy to look it up)?

Hampyeong is on the way to Halmae from Mokpo. It's about 40 minutes from Mokpo.
Ya. I'm meeting my climbing club (s) there. I actually belong to both climbing clubs in Mokpo now.

Ahhh! That explains why I didn't see you there Ricky! I popped down last weekend to Halma-bawie and was the only white dude...which was groovy as I did run into about 7 Korean guys and girls from my old Daejeon club...so there was a belay slave!! I dunno if I can get away this weekend or next as I'm tied up with a non-climbing rope event...but if I can it'll be grand to catch up with everyone again. Rock on either way.
