This is a small bouldering-style gym. There are a fair number of Korean members who speak English. The owner speaks very basic English. They are a friendly group and they climb outside often. There are often trips to sport climb, trad climb, and hike. The atmosphere in the gym is cheerful. They'll help you with your technique if you're a beginner. The price when I went was a little lower there than at the other gyms in the city, I believe. The hours are negotiable. Come in and ask. There is usually the owner there MWF at 8pm. People are usually there M-F at 8pm. Come by and check it out.

Enter the coordinates above into Google Maps. It's at the intersection of Jungang-ro and Pyeongnam-ro. From the train station, it's before the Lotte Mart. There will be a pizza school on your right at the intersection and then you turn left. It's about a 30 minute walk from the train station. If you don't know your way around, walking and using Google Maps on the phone is probably the best option. For the way back, get any bus. There's a big public school called Sinhan nearby. It's located on the second floor above a hiking store called Base Camp. NewCore shopping center, Pyeongtaek City Hall, Pyeongtaek Stadium and the track and soccer fields, and a municipal swimming pool are out this way also.
