This is a great wall, that is pretty high (around 17 meters) and some parts are really steep. Good routes, and quite decent friction on most holds.
If you climb there, you need to write your name and details on a sign-in list in the office inside.
There is now also a (symbolic) fee of KRW 2000/3000 (weekdays/weekends) for climbing there, so it is not completely free. However, the fee also gives you access to the small bouldering walls inside, and the nice & clean bathrooms inside.

Have to agree, this wall is awesome. Has a good mix of climbs and also next to a man-made waterfall that is beautiful.

I paid the 2000 KRW fee, and even had one of the employee(?) belay me since I was there solo. Not sure if that is the normal case, but I only wanted to do 2 or 3 climbs just to check it out. But definitely a place to visit and won't be disappointed.
