Schoolboy Boulders Submitted on October 26th, 2008 by choss monkey Print

Description
Granite from bullet proof to pure choss. The North side of this little hill tends to have better quality rock than the South.

Not much of a destination, but it's nice if you live nearby. A number of the problems are V0-V1 and some can be done without a pad.

Directions
When looking at PNU (Pusan National University) from the subway you will see a small cone shaped hill in between the soccer field and the dorms at the furthest NW corner. The top of this hill and the small ridge connecting it to the main mountain are littered with mostly small boulders.

Safety Concerns
Check the quality before you start. There are good boulders so don't risk it on the choss.

Soju and bouldering don't mix.

Additional Comments
If you live here it's nice, but there are many better areas in and around Busan, so don't go out of your way to get here.

It's unlikely that I will be posting many pics of this area so please feel free to add to it.
