This is the 10X15 meter wall visible from the subway just south of Seoul Station. On the main street by a women's university and near downtown, you're sure to be a celebrity!

The address is: Yongsan-gu, Garwol-dong 69-69

Exit Sookmyung Women's University (exit 9, I think) heading back towards Seoul Station. It's on the corner on the left, you can't miss it.

Additional Comments
I remember when it was first built in 1998, there was a climbing shop in the adjacent building where you checked in and paid! Now it is mainly used as part of Yongsan-gu's healthy citizen program. If you live there and are interested in that, call 02)796-6466 or 017-265-4047

Summit gym told me that anyone could climb there, but you had to bring your own bottom holds (the lower holds have been removed). So, should you have a few holds. . .
Seeming to support that, their is ample signage noting that it is a private wall (on the side of a privately owned building) and that the owners assume no responsibility for anyone's injuries. The sign is very persistant that you climb at your own risk. There are bolts, but you'll need draws (about one every meter) and a rope. . . besides, er, a minimum 4-5 favorite holds?

Everything nearby and some shade in the "park" by the belay.

Just down the road from the USO. You can walk from the USO to here in about 15 minutes...

Is this wall even funtional? Everytime I drive by it looks more and more neglected.

As of May 2015 this wall has been closed. There is a huge Korean sign that says climbing prohibited and all lower holds have been removed.
